Marilyn Edelson, cofounder, is a Master Certified Coach, entrepreneur and certified Best Year Yet® program leader with over 25 years experience in behaviorial management. She has has been coaching executives, managers and corporate teams for the past 10 years and was voted 'Top 10 Coach 2007' by Women's Business Boston (a division of The Boston Herald). She has a strong behavioral background and easily integrates the principals of emotional and social intelligence with the structured, measurable results oriented approach provided by the Best Year Yet® system and DiSC behavioral and values assessment tools. She teaches, mentors and trains professional coaches, and is the coaching consultant for the first National Institute of Health study on the efficacy of coaching in healthcare. She holds a Master of Science degree from Boston University, Boston, Massachusetts.

Michael Harris, cofounder, is a Chartered Engineer and entrepreneur with 25 years experience in technology management and leadership roles in his career spanning software development, academia, research and development, project management, manufacturing and business management. Before purchasing David Consulting Group, Mr. Harris was a key executive at Fidelity National Information Services (NYSE: FIS), formerly Sanchez Computer Associates. Mr Harris was also Senior Vice President and Head of the Global Chip Card Group at MasterCard International.
Mr. Harris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electronic engineering from the University of Southampton, England, and a Master of Science degree in computer-aided engineering and technology from Coventry University, England. Additionally, he is a Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (UK) and a Member of the Institution of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (USA).
David Herron brings over 25 years of experience in Functional Measurement and Software Process Improvement. Mr. Herron is a frequently published author of articles and books on software sizing, estimation and measurement as well as a noted lecturer on functional measures, software process improvement and applications outsourcing, frequently addressing audiences in the United States and Europe. Having sold David Consulting Group, the company he co-founded, 18 months ago, he has moved into executive coaching as a natural extension of his interest in having an impact on the people in the industry whose challenges he knows well.
Cheryl Lampshire is a recognized authority in quality assurance, testing, project management, software development and process improvement. She is a former vice president and systems architect for Fidelity Investments where she has a successful history of leading large, risky and complex projects. Prior to Fidelity, she worked for BBN, Cullinet and Computer Vision. She holds an MA in history and an MBA from Nichols College.
