Coaching
We provide individual Executive and Leadership Coaching for middle and upper management and team coaching for functional teams including distributed teams. One tool is our Best Year Yet® individual and team strategic planning system which includes a web-based goals tracking program that can be cascaded to large groups. We tailor coaching of individuals according to their specific needs.

IT Decisions Coaching works closely with the David Consulting Group which provides consulting on IT process improvement and measurement as well as OnTrack Coaching and Consulting, Inc., a women’s business enterprise (WBE) certified organization, which provides coaching, consulting and training to a variety of industries, non-profit organizations and individuals.

Assessment
A good first step is to take advantage of our extensive on-site assessment at a minimal investment. An initial review will indicate the scope of your needs. We get to meet the players, know your organization first hand and deliver insight bringing you back in touch with your company’s mission and vision and the technical challenges today’s IT environment presents.

IC Ratings (Intellectual Capital Ratings Service)

IC Rating is the product of groundbreaking work in intellectual capital.  This tool is an outgrowth of work that began in the 1990’s to address the shortcomings in information and management techniques used by corporate leaders to deal with critical non-financial assets.

 

IC Rating is recognized as the current best practice globally for measuring and managing intellectual capital.  To date, over 300 ratings have been performed around the world in technology, service and product companies.
